  • KAIFLEX EF R is a highly flexible elastomeric material which is quick and easy to install. It has a closed cell structure with a built in vapour barrier and a high resistance to water vapour transmission enabling the insulation material to maintain a higher level of energy conservation efficiency

Characteristics

  • Heat conductivity:
    • 0.035 W/mK at 0°C, according to EN 12667 (DIN 52612)
    • 0.039 W/mK at +40°C, according to EN 12667 (DIN 52612)
  • Water vapour diffusion resistance: µ > 7000, according to EN 12086
  • Application temperatures from -50°C up to +105°C
  • Closed cell structure with density from 45 to 100 Kg/m³
  • Excellent flexibility
  • Very good ozon and building materials resistance
  • Does not contain GWP, ODP or dust fibers
  • Fire resistance: B1, Q2, Tr1, according to ONORM B 3800
